Role Description
THE MULTI-CHANNEL MARKETING (MCM) COLLEAGUE WILL BE RESPOSIBLE FOR DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGEMENT THROUGH PFIZER ANIMAL HEALTH’S (PAH’S) ONLINE/DIGITAL CHANNELS INCLUDING PORTAL, MOBILE, ELEARNING, ECOMMERCE, ETC.

Responsibilities
We currently have a career opportunity at our Madison, NJ headquarters for an Associate to manage content for Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) digital channels. MCM is a rapidly growing and increasingly important discipline within our marketing mix.

This position is responsible for Digital Content Management. We provide details below:

Content Management:
This role is responsible for managing digital content across all MCM digital channels. These channels will include the portal, eLearning, eCommerce and mobile. The role will be a hands-on role with strong HTML as well as technical experience (JavaScript, PHP, etc.) to be able to review and make changes in CMS/portal/Web/Mobile as needed.

The candidate’s skills and responsibilities will include:
a)Be the main point of contact for all business related activities for the PAH Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) portal
b)Track content updates for specific releases by coordinating activities and schedules with multiple stakeholders across business units
c)Work with creative agency partners for content updates
d)Provide guidance to and work with off-shore resources from PfizerWorks for content updates
e)Track and report team progress on content management (US and Global)
f)Manage day to day requests from Business Units for content updates
g)Manage content defects on the tracker to ensure fixes are made in an appropriate and timely manner
h)Verify content fixes are published and displaying in appropriate requirements
i)Train new users on the content management system
j)Coordinate content reviews with legal and regulatory teams
k)Ensure any non-compliant content or imagery is fixed in a swift and seamless manner
l)Communicate all schedules and deadlines to all business units and regulatory/legal teams
m)Correspond feedback and concerns of business units to project managers
n)Manage User Acceptance testing schedules- arrange time with BU’s for review, ensure proper validation and follow up to guarantee fixes required have been made
o)Assist development team with any communications needed to be transmitted to BU’s
p)Coordinate with portal development team to create calendar for the coming year for release schedules, etc.
q)Take meeting notes for new business requirements and enhancement requests
r)Create action plan for upcoming release schedules
s)Communicate capabilities and requirements of the portal to BU’s
t)Work with BT to ensure priority content is migrated into the portal
u)Daily testing on the portal to ensure navigation and functionality is in place as should be
v)Strong hands-on HTML/DHTML/CSS/ Sharepoint/Drupal/PHP experience to be able to script and review code as needed

In addition, the individual should have demonstrated capabilities as a team player and must be able to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment; and perform well and delivery high-quality under deadline.

Qualifications
Candidate Background

-At least 5+ years in agency or corporate e-Marketing/Digital Content Management experience

The location is subject to change pending Pfizer Animal Health’s diversification to Zoetis. No relocation will be offered.
