Job Opening: Private Investigator/Researcher/Research

We are a
leading provider of domestic and international risk mitigation and business
intelligence services to the corporate, financial, and legal communities. We
specialize in high-level due diligence and background research, corporate
investigations, and litigation support, among other services. The research
covers nearly all industries and business sectors, and can often relate to
current events or high-profile matters. We seek a qualified candidate to conduct
background research and prepare reports.
The
position is primarily responsible for conducting electronic database and online
research of public records and other information sources. Experience with
Lexis-Nexis and or Westlaw (Public Records) required. Familiarity with legal
documents and proceedings, or corporate records and filings helpful too. The
person must be able to analyze material (often voluminous amounts) for what
information is important and why, and be able to clearly communicate the
findings when drafting written reports. Attention to detail is paramount as
are strong writing skills. Confidentiality on all case work, firm related
methodology, firm practices, vendor contacts, and resources is
essential.
