Recruiting Researcher (Sourcing Researcher – Talent Acquisition), Johnson & Johnson – NJ

Johnson & Johnson Services Inc., a member of the Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Recruiting Researcher (Sourcing Researcher – Talent Acquisition) to be located in New Brunswick, NJ, Horsham, PA or Fort Washington, PA.The Recruiting Researcher (Sourcing Researcher) is responsible for setting and executing talent identification sourcing strategies related to pipeline activities. This individual works in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Team to identify critical talent gaps related to specific geographies and sectors. Conducts market research, develops competitive intelligence and aids in delivering insights and recommendations to the business. Proactively identifies and recruits passive talent into the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, building strong, “Ready-Now” talent. Uses expertise to identify, evaluate, and manage proactive sourcing plans, position specific sourcing strategies, initiatives, and tactics including Internet job boards, Jobs2Web, Linkedin, various databases, and advanced sourcing techniques. Continuously generates candidate leads utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques and resources including candidate database mining, referrals, networking, career events and professional outreach. Screens, qualifies, and presents candidates to recruiting partners. Provides ongoing consulting value to clients and maximizes talent search/recruitment efforts by remaining current on industry trends and developments. Identifies and champions diversity and outreach initiatives. Maintains all critical information in employment systems.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience working in a business or corporate environment is required, internship experience is applicable. Experience with recruiting and talent identification research is preferred. Demonstrated understanding of the Internet as a research and sourcing tool is preferred. Creative sourcing capabilities and techniques to identify talent, including social media resources/ platforms is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office suite of products is required. Managing and presenting data in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred. Demonstrated ability to interact with and across a diverse group of individuals both internally and externally is preferred. Demonstrated strong presentation skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner is required. Strong organization and time management skills is required. Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders simultaneously with time sensitivity and sense of urgency is preferred. Strong aptitude for learning and drive for personal growth is preferred.
